We build our interview process around our candidates. The number and format of interviews will be personalized to your skillset and the type of role you are looking for. We want to give everyone the best chance at representing their abilities.

The Intro Call

A 30-minute conversation with our team to learn about you, your motivations, and your experience. We want to understand why ClarivaultAI resonates with you and what you are hoping to build. No trick questions. Come as you are.

The Technical Deep-Dive

For technical roles, we will explore your coding ability, system design thinking, or domain expertise. For non-technical roles, we assess strategic thinking and compliance knowledge through real-world scenarios from the Minnesota provider landscape.

The Case Study

We give you a real (anonymized) compliance challenge that a Minnesota provider actually faced. You walk us through how you would approach solving it. We are not looking for a perfect answer. We want to see how you think, ask questions, and reason under ambiguity.

Open-Ended Problem Solving

A collaborative working session where you tackle a problem you have never seen before. This could be designing a new feature for our audit engine, structuring a provider outreach strategy, or debugging a compliance logic pipeline. The goal is to see you in action.
